JD Park is an industrial park located off Route 1. Featuring hundreds of thousands of cubic yards of dirt moved over 40 acres of disturbed area of extreme and varied topography, the site has proved to be a challenge—but a challenge our crews are more than capable of conquering. Our expert crews and extensive fleet have made easy work of the massive site.

The work required to bring site demolition and the sitework at the Carytown Exchange to completion had to be surgical due to busy city streets on all four sides of the site. Our crews worked alongside CD Hall to expertly lay the ground work for the new home of a large Publix with an attached parking garage along with several other retail buildings all while ensuring the surrounding businesses remain operational. Despite the small relative size, the site still required tens of thousands of cubic yards of material moved, over a mile of underground pipe, and thousands of square feet of paved or concrete-covered area.

The Richmond Temple project sits right on the intersection of Mountain Road and Staples Mill Road. As always, the CD Hall Construction team ensured—and continues to ensure—that the site’s erosion and sediment controls were put safely and effectively in place. Our trucks assisted 30,000 cubic yards of dirt moved, over 51,000 square feet of concrete flat-work, and over 150,000 square feet of paved area for the Richmond Temple project.
